The An-Ling system is also known as the "Andon system". "Andon" is a transliteration of the Japanese language, meaning "lamp" or "lantern".
The lighting system refers to an information management tool used by enterprises to collect information related to equipment and quality on the production line through lighting and sound alarm systems distributed throughout the workshop.
Originating from Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan, it is mainly used to achieve visual management in the workshop. In an alarm light system, each equipment or workstation is equipped with a call light. If any problem occurs during the production process, the operator (or the equipment itself) will turn on the light to draw attention, enabling timely handling of the problems in the production process and avoiding production interruptions or reducing the possibility of their recurrence.
The MES lean manufacturing management system is a comprehensive intelligent system that integrates manufacturing execution system (MES) software, human-machine interface equipment (PLC touch screen), PDA mobile phones, barcode scanners, sensors, I/O, DCS, RFID, LED production boards, etc. It is composed of a group of programs that share data, and through dedicated equipment (PDA mobile phones, LED production boards, barcode scanners, PLC, sensors, I/O, DCS, RFID, PC, etc.) placed in the production site, it conducts real-time data collection, control and monitoring of the production process from raw material entry to finished product storage.
The industrial gateway launched by Lingke Company has largely solved the problem of system heterogeneity in the underlying equipment of the workshop. By means of protocol conversion, different peripheral devices are transformed from lower-level protocols to higher-level industrial Ethernet or industrial buses. Advanced management devices such as PLC (Siemens, AB) collect data from the source in real time and perform control and monitoring.
